CENSUS GRAND OPENING
CENSUS GRAND OPENING -- The Toms River Census Office opened with a gathering of US Census representatives, the Ocean
County Complete Count Committee and local partners who are joining forces to create awareness of the importance of
the upcoming Census. They encouraged every Ocean County resident to be counted by completing and returning the US
Census form when it is received in March. Among those at the event were, from left, Freeholder Joseph H. Vicari who
chairs the Ocean County Complete Count Committee, Philadelphia Region Director Fernando Armstrong and New Jersey Area
Manager John Schoenberg.
