Take a "ride on the wild side" and view herds of exotic animals right
from your car window. Adjacent to SIX FLAGS GREAT ADVENTURE theme park,
the Wild Safari is the largest drive-thru Safari outside of Africa. Come
face-to-face with a 15-foot giraffe or a curious camel. On your journey
you'll be greeted by white rhinos, a herd of bison, zebra, lions,
kangaroos and the unpredictable baboons in the Monkey Jungle.
The 4.5 mile, 350-acre WILD SAFARI has over 1,200 animals representing
58 species from six continents and is FREE with theme park admission
ticket. It has since expanded to accept exotic and domestic animals who faced the same circumstanced. Over 200 of these animals now make their home in the heart of this seven acre area of the scenic Jersey Pine Barrens. Adults and children alike will delight in the variety of animals here.
